Empowering women to live more fulfilled lives.
Supporting you through your healing journey to feel safe, capable, and in charge of your body.
My goal as a pelvic health therapist is to provide a nonjudgmental, consensual, client centered space where you feel safe, informed and empowered to take on your healing journey.

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and informed.
I was drawn to treating and advocating for pelvic health when I realized the gap of care present during my own struggles. I’m passionate about empowering people with pelvic floor dysfunction to live a fulfilling life on their terms.
I’ve been able to help heal myself and others by combining my years of experience in orthopedics, pelvic health and yoga instruction. I focus on ensuring my clients feel safe, capable and in charge of their bodies. I use a combined holistic and medical approach, individualized to each person to empower their mind-body connection.
I’m a licensed doctor of physical therapy and yoga instructor. I received my undergraduate degree at University of Massachusetts Lowell and earned my doctorate at Simmons College. I’ve taken extensive continuing education through the prestigious Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, MGH Institute of Health Professionals. In addition, I have over 500 hours of training as a yoga teacher.
