Pelvic Health Essentials for Fitness Professionals
Sunday October 20th 1pm-4pm
Location: The Energy Barre
This introductory course provides fitness instructors with an essential overview of pelvic health, laying the foundation for understanding and incorporating pelvic floor training into their programs. Participants will explore the basics of pelvic floor anatomy, function, and common dysfunctions, gaining insight into how these factors affect overall movement and performance. The course focuses on safe, functional exercises that promote core stability, posture, and injury prevention. Designed as an initial step in integrating pelvic health into fitness routines, this training empowers instructors to begin supporting clients’ pelvic health, from athletes to prenatal and postpartum individuals, in a meaningful way.

Empower Your Core: Pelvic Yoga Workshop

Location: Wonder Yoga
Our pelvic floor is an integral part of core and it's time to make this topic less taboo! You will learn about the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor, what's common but not normal and ways to reconnect with your pelvic floor through breath and movement. There will be time allotted to discuss in community and ask questions, nothing is TMI.

I will be vendor and presenter. I’ll be presenting a workshop on Movement & Mindfulness for Pelvic Health, designed to help you connect with your body through mindful movement, supporting your pelvic health and overall well-being.

Slow Flow
All levels Slow Flow vinyasa class. Blending the elements of yin and yang, this class moves at a pace that allows you to really connect, feel your body, work on proper alignment and pay attention to your breath.
You'll experience class taught as a meditation in motion and end with a restorative savasana. A non-competitive environment is encouraged that is open to beginners and advanced practitioners. During class I provide demonstrations, offer optional hands-on adjustments, and provide variations for all students. This class is unheated with temperatures in the 70s.

Movement & Mindfulness at Wrights Pond

These classes are about aligning your body, improving stability, mobility, and strength, all while keeping things fun and exciting. With my strong knowledge of human anatomy to guide you through thoughtful flows and meaningful breath work all while having the beautiful view of the pond.

Post-natal Mom & Baby Yoga Series
6 week series - Thursdays at 11am
Location: Back Bay Yoga Union
It is challenging navigating the first few months postpartum. It can feel overwhelming figuring out where to begin and how to move your body on top of all the other tasks on your plate. I will lead you through breath and movement for you to learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor, improve core stabilization and enhance functional movements.
Come be in community with others going through the same transition.
Class is targeted towards mothers with babies from 0-6 months who are welcomed and encouraged to join and take part.

Yoga for Pelvic Health

This series is for you:
If you are experiencing pelvic pain, bladder incontinence, postpartum, prolapse, prenatal, constipation or if you just want to become more connected with your core and pelvis.
What to expect:
You will be led through a yoga flow that is created to help you connect with your breath, core and pelvic floor with time reserved at the end for discussion and community.

Pelvic Floor: The Floor of Your Core Workshop
Our pelvic floor is an integral part of core and it's time to make this topic less taboo! In this workshop you will be led through a yoga flow by Dr. Bre, a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist, yoga instructor and owner of Bre Marie Wellness. There will be time allotted to discuss in community and ask questions, nothing is TMI. You will learn about the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor, what's common but not normal and ways to reconnect with your pelvic floor through breath and movement.
